All purchases may qualify for a return or exchange within 3-5 working days from the date of receiving the item(s). Should perfume products be received with any manufacturing defect or leakage of any kind, please return the parcel using our return pickup slip within 3 working days. After this period, we shall not entertain any return, and it shall be considered sold. Customers may exchange an item for a different brand or type of equal value only if it is proven that the received perfume is defective due to a manufacturing defect or if it is proven to be fake. Customers must provide proof that the received perfume is counterfeit, with supporting evidence. Customers who blind buy and later wish to return due to incompatible scents will not be entertained.

The item(s) returned must be in resale-able condition with original packaging. For refund processing, an invoice must be attached upon return.

Please submit your request at Product Returns, and it will be reviewed by ScentRadiance. We will arrange to pick up and resend the item at no charge if it is proven to have a manufacturing fault. For exchanges or other reasons for return, if approved, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to replace the returned item with a new item from the original order or issue a refund via e-voucher. Shipping charges are not refundable, and all points accumulated will be deducted upon the refund of the item.

If returning an item that qualified you for a free gift, please include the free gift with your return. If you choose to keep the free gift, you will be charged for its value.
