1. Are Our Perfumes Genuine?

Yes, all our perfumes are 100% Genuine straight from local distributors.



2. Why are some of the products unboxed?

Principal Owners and Manufacturers concluded that the material of the product would not compliment should it be sealed by plastic hence certain references/SKUs remain unboxed. Also, certain references/SKUs may have same item sealed and unsealed due to the Date Of Manufacture. The older the model, higher chances of being unsealed as compared to the newer models of the same reference/SKU.



3. Will the perfume break if I choose to send by post?

No. The perfume will be wrapped properly to prevent any breakage. The package is proven to withstand shock.


4. What does EDT, EDP and EDC mean?

Perfume types reflect the concentration of aromatic compounds in a solvent, which in fine fragrance is typically ethanol or a mix of water and ethanol. Various sources differ considerably in the definitions of perfume types. The concentration by percent/volume of perfume oil is as follows:
Eau de Parfum (EDP), Parfum de Toilette (PdT): 10-20% (typical ~15%) aromatic compounds. Sometimes listed as “eau de perfume” or “millésime”.

 Eau de Toilette (EDT): 5-15% (typical ~10%) aromatic compounds nEau de Cologne (EDC): Chypre citrus type perfumes with 3-8% (typical ~5%) aromatic compounds.



5. How can I ensure that my order is secure and how do I trace my item's location once the order is made?

Yes, absolutely. Both our perfume case and bottles are travel-friendly and all of our products would fit perfectly in your pocket and hand-luggage too.

Depending on the items you ordered, your order may come in multiple packages. We will do our best to consolidate your order into as few packages as possible, but sometimes it's necessary to split orders into multiple packages for logistical reasons. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each package that is shipped.
